Division of Child Support Services at 321 Lamar Haley Parkway, Canton, Georgia.

Took my license for no reason. I was having my pay check garnished every week and paying on the wrong arrears amount on top of that. They had $9000 added on to my arrears that come to find out was not suppose to be on my arrears. Then they said the reason they took my license Cause of no payments in March and April 2016. I showed them my pay stubs for March and April 2016 and showed yes my check was garnished then they said, " Well your employer didn't garnish enough and its your employers fault". So I called my employer and my employer sent me the paper that the Georgia child support office sent them telling them how much to garnish out of my check. These people are lies and took my license for no reason and cause me to lose my job, benefits, retirement and home. I have a family with a 6 year old and a 1 year old. Where now having to live off the government cause this place wants to take my license to collect on an arrears for my 26 year old daughter that I raised ever since she was 13 with legal custody.
